Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Providence, RI)

Silverline Meridian Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
