Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Providence area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
