Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
