Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
