Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
