Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management is a Portland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
