Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Portland. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
