Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

Bright Linden Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Portland with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
