Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Portland serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Portland. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
