Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Portland, OR)

Lumen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
