Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 830 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
