Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood North Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
