Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
