Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
