Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
