Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
