Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Orlando. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
