Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Ridge Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
