Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
