Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
