Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Quarry Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
