Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Oakland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
