Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
