Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across New Orleans. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
