Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across New Orleans. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
