Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Bright Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
