Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
