What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience.
