Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
