Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
