Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
