Stonegate Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience.
