Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
