Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Minneapolis serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
