Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Minneapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
