Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
