Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
