Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
