Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sable Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
