Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
