Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Milwaukee with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
