Westbrook Union Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
