Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Miami, FL)

Bright Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Miami supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
