Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Miami, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
