Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Orchard Civic Services supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
