Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Summit Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Memphis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
