Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark North Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Madison. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
