Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Madison. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
