Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Field Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people based in Madison. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
