Lumen Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
